- Lindon turned from her to Blair. “Your mate is glorious, brother.”
- “You are not my brother. You belong to no family, no clan.” Blair still hadn’t moved.
- Lindon’s expression darkened, “If I best you, they’re just going to shoot me.” He lifted his hands out from his body.
