• When he turned his head again giving her free access to his throat, her cat was there. Her mouth filled with sharp enough teeth to puncture his skin. Leaning down, she licked over his skin, not even second-guessing where she should mark. “You’re ours, Jesse Pruitt.” She hissed out in a vaguely human voice, then bit into him.
• Her whole body was on fire again as she lifted her head and licked over the bloodied mark in his skin.
• Jesse growled and flipped her to lay on her side, pulling her back into his hard body. “Vanna,” he whispered close to her ear, “don’t fight me, my cat,” he nipped her jaw, “is too close.”
