• It felt like I was in some kind of weird dream I've been having the past two weeks until Jerome patted on me jarring me up and that's when I realised It wasn't a dream due to my weakness and to the spinal headache. Peering around, I was in the hospital.
• Forgive me for this but you need to come with me. Can you walk? Jerome asked, his tone dire. I think so. I replied and then dragged my feet on the floor. I can walk but I'm too weak for a long walk. Jerome carried me into his arms, bridal style and took me out of the hospital. A female doctor I recognised well nodded and I knew they mindlinked.
