• Their relationship only began to mend when the girls learned that Alexis was the one who had took care of Madam Lydia ailment, moreover when Alexis became the only person who can avenged them whenever they were cheated on by the various customers who patronized the restaurant.
• “You know that was harsh if I must say.” Gina said with a knowing smile.
• Alexis also smiled too, she knew what Gina was talking about, but instead of talking, she only to cut the onions she was cutting previously.
• “What did you to him anyway?” Gina asked looking curious.
• Without even looking at Gina. “I only attacked his pain pressure point, thus he is gonna feel so terrible for seven hours, after seven hours, he will be good, but for seven days he will be terrible, just that the hours decreased with each day.”
• “You are too cruel dearie.” Gina said and also laughed.
• “That would tell him never to flirt with any of the girls here.” Alexis said in a vicious tone.
• "You will teach us that anyway.” Gina said, she sat down beside Alexis.
• "You can't learn it very quick like that, it took me a year before I mastered it too." Alexis said, but she was no longer vicious as before
• “Anyway how is that witch?" Gina asked smiling.
• Alexis knew whom Gina referred to as witch, it was no one but Linda who was her stepmother. Alexis expression changed.
• "I left home this morning." Alexis replied nonchalantly.
• "You did what?" Gina became so alert.
• “I said I decided to walk away from home today.” Alexis repeated herself.
• Gina gasped out in surprised. “This was surprising, I never knew you would leave on a given day, I wonder what she did to you that caused you to want to decide to leave.”
• Actually, Gina had seen how Alexis was maltreated at the hand of Linda, she was shocked to see Alexis, who was the same ferocious Tiger, was as meek as dove when she was around her stepmother, even after all that Linda did and said to her, Alexis had only wave it off in an unconcerned mode. Thus she wondered what Linda to Alexis today.
• “Let’s just say I can’t take it anymore.” Alexis tone sliced through Gina thought.
• Gina looked back at her friend with mystery. “Well now that you are homeless, did you have somewhere to stay?” Gina asked.
• Alexis frowned first. “I was hoping to rent a simple room.” Alexis replied in a casual tone.
• "That is it as I thought so, but I will tell you this. After six month I swear that your money will be drain as a result of house rent and other expenses.” Gina said in a serious tone.
• Alexis stopped working on the onion. “Really.”
• “Exactly.” Gina also replied too.
• “But I can't go back there for now, or else am gonna kill somebody." Alexis said in a worried tone.
• Gina was taken aback. “Are you sure this was that same Alexis that I always knew?”
• “I might know things beyond ordinary, but I am still a law abiding citizen. Moreover I have no one to bail me out of jail.” Alexis said.
• "Okay fine, if you can pack in with me." Gina said after she swallowed her saliva.
• "But your parent, won’t they be concerned about my moving in?" Alexis said looking at Gina in the eye.
• Gina scoffed. “No they won’t be concerned, all you have to do was just behave yourself is all that matters.”
• Alexis worried look turned to smile. "Thank you very much Gina, you are indeed the sweetest being I ever known." Alexis said all together.
• Gina looked back at Alexis trying to act loving, she shake her head in mockery. “You are welcome anyway.” Gina replied.
• She looked back at Alexis and they both smile.

• Meanwhile, when Alexis had forgotten about her problem, her step mother was still in serious pain, because she was wounded pretty bad from thr few kick from Alexis. Actually Alexis withdrawn back most of her power, yet it dealt much suffering in Linda, because Linda was just a feeble woman, who had not q single stamina nor power nor strength in her.
• Apart from the kick to her neck and head, she fell on the glass table in the middle of the room, and the broken glasses stabbed her in the back and buttock, thus she was loosing too much of blood.
• No else was at home to help her, thus she managed to crawled to where her phone was, her aim was at least dialed any number to call for help, she managed to pull herself to where her phone was, but because she was loosing blood from the various stabbed, she lose her consciousness.
• Luckily for Linda, Alexis had placed a call for an ambulance, and the next seconds that Linda lose her consciousness, the sound of Ambulance was heard from outside, the Agent recognized Orange pavilion very well, they knew the place to be the most prominent residence in the whole city, thus they were so eager to get in the good book of the resident.
• The Agent all barged in without even knocking, and they met Linda in the pool of blood, they were taken aback, quickly they place her on the stretcher, they also applied first aid for her, then the Ambulance drove away the instant.
• Meanwhile everybody in the city Kew about Orange Pavilion very well, since the pavilion alone stood around the vicinity, it is surprising to see ambulance heading towards the direction, thus immediately the media and news had taken it up immediately, they all drove after the Ambulance just to captured the moment, they wanted to broadcast the hot cake news to the world through their channel.
• Linda was not just the second wife to Alexis Father who was the richest man in the whole federation before his death. Linda was actually an actress, she stared in many popular movie, just that her career was dawdling at some stage, thus she needed a money bag, fate produced Alexis father as substitute.
• It all began with a scandal which Alexis father can not shake off, he had no option than marry Linda in a secret marriage, which was publicized by an unknown source.
• Immediately after the marriage, Linda dawdling career picked up immediately, she soared from an actress to a model, and also a fashionista, moreover her followers on all social media also jumped higher, even some producer and director suck up to her for money, many companies lined up just to sign a deal with her.
• Any news about Linda was an hot cake for the media, thus the media that followed after the ambulance captured Linda while she was taken away into the ambulance in a bad shape, they began to broadcast it on every t.v and every social pages, and as expected the likes and comment was increasing at a rapid rate. Some of the media even followed after the ambulance to the hospital.
• Almost seven hours later, Linda opened her eyes, and she found herself in the hospital, she looked sideways first, she was trying to find out where she was, finally she found her daughter sited on the chair beside her, now she knew she was in the hospital. Linda smiled and called out
• "Lucy. You looked worried." she said.
• Lucy also turned around at her mother. She was just a young girl of about twenty four years old, just like Alexis, she was also a beautiful lady, with a round shape face, her skin was fair and light, she also had a long legs, which was so visible under the short skirt that she wore. But unlike Alexis, she had a black long hair.
• "Mom, thank God you are awake.” Lucy said and swallowed her saliva first, she stood up from her previous seat, and she sat beside her mother on the bed.
