• Someone was mocking me, so I looked back and saw Ava coming over with a bag of snacks in her hands. She probably just came back from shopping. I went to take a bottle of soda from her bag of snacks and downed it, which obviously annoyed her. “Hey, that’s mine! Give it back!”
• I gave her back the bottle cap. “Here’s your prize. Congratulations, so go claim it. We’re even now. I don’t owe you anything.”
• Ava stomped her feet angrily. “What the hell? You get a free bottle from drinking my soda? Lucky.”
