Chapter 84 Bearing the Brunt

• Keira was stunned as she stared at the jacket Tyler was holding out to her, and for a while, it seemed as if all good sense had deserted her. She did not walk up to him just so she could wait on him hand and foot like a servant, but rather to greet him instead.
• However, as a sudden thought crossed her mind, she obediently took the suit jacket and hung it up on the coat rack. After having done so, she did not waste any more time and went straight to the point as she asked coolly, “Do you think you could return my earring to me now?”
• Tyler blinked and a confused look etched upon his handsome face as he gaped at her. “The earring’s with me, but I think I’ll hold on to it until I can track the person from the other night.”
